Biometrics Manager
Melissa Swartz is the Biometrics Manager for the Government Solutions team. She is responsible for the oversight of the team members performing duties for the FBI Channeling Division, FINRA and NMLS, State of MD Fingerprinting Division, SWFT Fingerprint Division, as well as Sales, Marketing and other administrative duties.
Melissa joined the ScreenID team in 2007 as a member of the Criminal Department of the Background Screening Division. During her time with the company, she has assisted in the Education and Employment Division as well as been a team member of the Disposition Retrieval Division.
